Aries: driver, doesn’t always know where they’re going
Taurus: decides where to stop for meals
Gemini: the one who’s always saying ‘hey, let’s take that road instead!,’ something that sometimes leads to wonderful adventures and sometimes gets everybody lost
Cancer: the one who wants the trip to be over so they can go home
Leo: your five your old sibling who won’t stop crying for attention
Virgo: backseat driver, constantly shoves map in Aries’ face and insists that they’re lost
Libra: mediates (particularly Virgo/Aries and Leo/everybody)
Scorpio: double checks all the bills to make sure nobody ripped them off
Sagittarius: plans tourist destinations such as visits to national monuments and museums
Capricorn: pays for motel rooms and the majority of meals
Aquarius: writes in journal constantly and occasionally holds everybody up when they spotted a social protest and decided to join in
Pisces: cries every time they leave a town
